Signature Dishes
Brought a 6 pieces of yong tau foo with bee hoon for lunch. The 6 yong tau foo that I have chosen are egg, brinjal, fishcake, yam, brocoli and you tiao. All the ingredients are fresh, the owner did even go the extra mile to deep fried the brinjal, yam and the you tiao whereby other yong tau foo stall doesn't. The bee hoon is well cooked, not sticky, soft texture and a small amount of the seasme oil is added which give the bee hoon a extra taste. The sweet sauce and the chili is well made, sufficient thickness and goes well with the yong tau foo. A total of 6 pieces of yong tau foo with bee hoon cost $3 which I think is very reasonable. Taste good and is a must try.
