The claypot chicken rice i have ate is generally quite ok. The rice at the bottom wasn't as charred as I thought. It should be a little bit more char as it is claypot rice to gives out the intend texture. The chicken was also given in a small amount. But however, the chicken is marinated quite ok. The vegetables it's cooked a little bit too long and made it a little bit more to the soggy side. More black soy sauce would be very much preferred .
