Is my Boss treat!! As with most other Jumbo outlets, reservations are a must!! Been to both East Coast and Singapore Indoor branches...Personally prefer East Coast is slightly better quality in the food... Chilli Crab --> Giant crustaceans with unctous, gooey sauce that's perfectly mopped up with Deep Fried Buns (Deep Fried Buns are practically mandatory to soak up the thick, luscious gravy made chunky by oodles of egg drops and a sprinkling of chopped nuts)...Can be quite spicy, so for non-chilli lovers, beware!!Believe me, try the East Coast Branches!! More better!!

Was invited by our company's vendor for business lunch. They ordered a set meal with 2 crabs and 7 other dishes. The signature dish here is their Chili crab and pepper crab. I find that their crabs are not very fresh...it is 'watery' when we cracked open the shell...the meat is stuck onto the shell...not nice! Luckily there were other nice and fresh seafood such as prawns, fish, squid and scallops dishes that saves the day. By the way, their fried mee sua is very good!

My absolute favorite seafood dish is deep fried baby squids. Jumbo serves this dish and I absolutely love the version here. Each little piece of squid is deep fried to a crisp and is coated with the most delicious piquant sauce. The sauce is a good mix of sweet and savory and helps to cut the grease from the fried sotong pieces! Each piece is crunchy and tasty and is almost like a snack! Really really enjoy this dish immensely! An absolute must try for everyone!

tonight was mummy's birthday. she's an all out jumbo fan so we decided to try our luck calling in at the stadium branch. jumbo's got too much business so here we came at 745pm on a saturday night.We ordered for a lobster! sashimi just the way we like it. with wasabi.Part of the set includes a hot pot filled with superior stock for dad to cook his raw lobster in. it was a whole pot of yum! a very good and light dinner indeed!

jumbo seafood is very well known for its seafood dishes and is well-established as a safe place to go for a good seafood dinner. We had some overseas guests over so we took them to the famous establishment. One dish i really liked was the hotplate tofu. The tofu dish looks ordinary but it has chunks of fresh scallops and crunchy prawns hidden between the soft tofu pieces. The whole dish is topped off with a nice brown sauce!
