Signature Dishes
It is the last day of lesson and we have catered dinner from Pines Food Delight. Although the dinner starts at 6.30pm, food is delivered at 5.30pm.Yang Chow Fried RiceThe rice is average in taste.Mee Siam (Gravy)I think this is the best out of all the dishes served tonite. It tastes tangy and refreshing.OtahIt is not bad although cannot taste the crunchy of the fish meat.Lemon sauce ChickenI would the chicken to be served with a crispier crust.Sayur LodehIt is actually mixed vegetables cooked in coconut gravy. Not very spicy and the vegetable soaked up the flavours.Vietnamese Sugarcane PrawnInteresting dish, but I could not the crunchy and freshness from the prawn.Assorted TeacakesThe cake taste a bit stiff and hard, lacking of moist.Overall the food is average. But then for this price one cannot complain much.

Good service and nice decor to be commented on this caterer because everything was well prepared while I came out from the lift to attend LawWorks Legal Primer in NTUC Centre Level 8 last evening 7.00 p.m.They served more than enough on their order, so it's worth to try for their buffet dinner.
