經過店舖被這個特殊的名字吸引——Wawa （哇哇），主打菜式是啦啦米粉，再走到店舖門前看看，發現一張名為「四大天王」的食物海報，好奇心的驅使下，我們一行三人決定要一嚐什麼是啦啦粉，什麼是哇哇醬。因為不吃辣，我們選擇一碗招牌正宗米酒啦啦米粉、一碗微辣米酒啦啦粉絲和一份啦啦蒜蓉奶油醬，原來「啦啦」，即是主要配料，就是新鮮在水族箱養着的蜆，用米酒煮的湯十分味美，配粉絲或米粉尤其合適，用啦啦蒜蓉奶油醬炒出來的蜆就更加惹味，一杯冰凍的青檸汁可以說是絕配。餐廳地方寬敞，座位清潔舒適，價錢也算便宜，一面吃著鮮美的食物，一面看着水族箱裏養着的蜆，又或落地窗外來往的遊人，真的十分寫意。 continue reading
