Signature Dishes
I was here for lunch with a colleague. I decided to try the fried kway teow from this stall for the first time. They fried the yellow noodle and the kway teow well to give it a slight wok taste. It was fried simply with ingredients like chinese sausage, fishcake and cockles to give it the taste. They added in the nicely fried pork lards to enhance its flavor. It might not be the best fried kway teow around but good enough to satisfy my craving.
