Kraze Burgers seems to be the Korean equivalent of the Japanese Freshness Burger. Well, it did not disappoint. The MBS branch boasted modern comic decor and service was efficient. We ordered one burger with brown bread buns and another normal burger.Portions were generous.Taste was very good. Having tried the original chain in Seoul Korea, I would say this is a close match. continue reading

Had my late dinner at Kraze Marina Bay Sands, it was lively and full of Xmas joyfulness. Ample seating space, it was comfy and pretty large. Choices of food were separated by categories, Menu was attractive with a lot of varieties, and we were promptly served by staffs upon arrival. Crispy meat in between fluffy wheat bun, the darkening sauce was sweet and flavourful. Just a bit hard to bite over the whole, I ate separately actually. Impressive Crab Patty, the solidness was remarkable. The portion was definitely enough for serving of one person. Overall, it was the place suitable for those who aimed at healthier food with succulent meal, premium quality and never disappointing. continue reading

Lunch with Evelyn & her boyfriend before meeting Ivy for exhibitions at Art Science Museum. Evelyn suggested Kraze Burger cos we have not been here for quite sometime since we have been going to Au Chocolat. It's a good thing we decided to re-visit cos they have introduced some new starters on their menuGarlic Idaho Fries is a must have for both of us. Sauteed with garlic and butter over sweet spicy sauce, cream mayonnaise and mango dressing. I had the all-new Kraze Crab Burger. Slightly spicy & thou the crab patty is juicy, I still prefer beef.Mussels in Tomato Herb Sauce. Fresh & the sauce is super yummy!Scallop in Clear Broth. Scallop is fresh & sweet. continue reading

If you are a non-beef eater, you are going to have a hard time at kraze burger. This is what i thought while i was going through the menu. More than 3/4 of the burger menu are based on beef patty, and for people like me who rarely eats beef, making a choice becomes very limited. I had the smoke salmon, with cream cheese sauce, on wheat bun. The burger is supposed to be soft and aromatic (according to the description), but does fulfill any. The smoke salmon given was little, and accompanied by a lot of vegetables in the burger, making it hard to eat. continue reading
