Granny's pancakes offers 3 different types of fillings (Red Bean, Peanuts and Coconut). This is my second time buying from them and this time, I decided on the coconut filling, since the previous time I had already tried the peanuts pancake. I love the orange hue of the coconut and on first bite, there is really a burst of flavour from the moist coconut shreds. The moist coconut shreds make the pancake very much softer and more delicious. One pancake is definitely not enough!
