Admittedly, Chicken Rice was the famous food in Singapore. My friend brought me here to try out, I was shocked to see the extensive mix and match menu. Appearance was pleasantly hygiene, tempting roasted meat and chicken were hanging. It deserved a name of “Best Chicken Rice” stall around this area, queue was formed during lunch time always.With light soy sauce drizzled over, rice was fluffy and full of buttery pandan leaves fragrance. Chicken was freshly firm and tender, evenly cooked in perfect status. Packed along flavoursome gravy, I could detect a slight hint of a garlic aftertaste. Homemade chilli sauce was one of their selling points, lime juice gave its additional spicy kick. Immediately served a bowl of hot homely clear soup, it was warm and comfortable for tummy. Overall was healthier and less saltiness, price at $3.50.

Hihi, Chicken rice time again!!!Recently, i really felt very craving to the chicken rice.When i accompany my friend to do some stuff at boon lay, we pass by a chicken rice stall, and we decided to have lunch at there.There are long queue while i was waiting to order.The chicken rice tasted nice ans smell very fragrance. The chicken breast meat was well marinated, tender and juicy. Will visit the stall again!!!

We had half a chicken for 2 person. Half of it is roasted chicken and another half is white chicken. The chicken is well marinated, tender and juicy. Most of them are boneless already. The meat are a little chilled upon first bite and it is fresh! The rice is fragrant and soft. Add a little dark soya sauce to your rice and chicken, it really compliments the dish even more. Prepare to wait for quite a bit as the queue will be pretty long.

The chicken rice is no where superb but it's nice in it's own way. The rice is a little clumped and hard, but the fragrance is there. The chilli is really rather spicy; on the rice, it blends in well. The chicken meat is tender and wet due to some soy sauce. The sesame oil is quite strong on the chicken too.

i am such a chicken rice fan, i even did a report on chicken rice in my JC days. i tried many chicken rice and this stall sells one of the nicest i have eaten. the rice is not to oily and the chicken is not dry dry. the chicken is smooth and tender. there is not too much fats on the skins so you won't feel so guilty eating it!
