No granny at the stall leh. Maybe it's her recipe Nothing much to say about this pancake. Got a peanut pancake to try out. Nuts were crunchy and not too sweet. The pancake was soft but could be softer. First time I ever seen coconut pancake. Reminds me of kueh tu piling. continue reading

One of my favourite traditional snacks and I think this is one of the best ones I have tried. The edges are crispy and the fillings are substantial. Most importantly, the pancake is so fluffy and soft that it seemed to dissolve quickly in my mouth. This is the first time I tried pancake with such amazing texture. At only $0.70 a piece, I would definitely come back for more. continue reading
