This is yet another regular lunch spot with my colleague. We always ordered dishes and rice from this stall and one of our most favourite dish is none other than the sambal brinjal. This is a simple yet utter delicious dish that we adore. They stir-fried the brinjal first then added the sambal chilli to enhance the flavor. The level of spiciness was not overpowering coupled with a slight dried shrimp taste. It goes well with the rice and porridge.
