We went to Xin Heng at Upper Changi and ordered Minced Meat Dumpling Noodle. The noodles was kinda pasty sticking together and soggy. Pork dumplings were soft and delectable. Their soup base was very flavourful and tasty, there's bits of minces pork and fried shallots floating on the soup.Could have use more garnishing to make the whole dish more appealing.

Purposely went down to eat my minced meat noodle at this hawker, but only come to realise that they are not opened on Monday. So I am left with no choice but to look for alternative... Saw alot of people are eating this bak chor mee at this stall , so I decided to give it a try. The noodle came in a small portion and matted together just after a few minutes it was served. I need to ravel the noodles and mix it with the sauces. They also served the wantons like the other famous stall does, but it lacking of taste. Disappointed breakfast...
