sQue – pronounced as ‘skew’ – a rotisserie and alehouse located along the Singapore River. The promenade has seen much evolution, constantly reinventing itself to keep pace with modern Singapore, so the new menu introduced here seemed to be a pretty great opportunity to revisit both the river and the restaurant to see what’s been up lately!sQue serves an array of rotisserie dishes including grilled meat, salads, burgers, pastas and a huge selection of lagers, beers and lambics. We like the abundance of choice here!sQue is definitely a great place for chilling out with friends while enjoying a glass of cold beer with an excellent variety of food - ideal for large groups with finicky taste buds. Set against the backdrop of the vibrant Singapore River, the friendly staff and great service here added up to an all-round pleasant experience.Tuna steak S$25+ and sQue Platter S$98+Please refer to www.ieatandeat.com for details review.  continue reading

Open-concept beer bar cum casual restaurant, Sque Rotisserie & Alehouse was an idea initiated from ‘skewers’ and highlighted extensive choices of bottled beers hailing from all over the world. Spacious seating area, décor was with the rustic stylish furnishing. Atmosphere was relaxing with attentive service, very pleasant enjoyment to dine here. Everyday has different promotion, good deal always. Fish Finger, Calamari, Prawn Tempura, Tartar Sauce, Classic French Fries were accomplished the dish, sinful yet crispy delicious Spring Platter. Presented pretty in front of us, it was fantastic to accompany beer. Freshly Seafood given and deep-fried until golden brown, batter was light without greasy feeling. French Fries were thickly cut, crunchy as well as bite-able. Price was slightly steep, yet we were willing to pay it because of environment. How can we left out Beer, pure bitterness was delighting so much. Daily promotion was available, buy one get another one for free. Happy hour was from 11.30AM to 7.00PM and 9.00PM to 11.00PM. Refreshed as drinking beer, it was a wonderful memory to have a chatting session over there. continue reading

There is nothing more enticing than a cold cocktail on a windy but warm weekday afternoon, sitting in the open with a good friend over light-hearted chatter. That is what SQUE Rotisserie & Alehouse is able to offer. Located at 6 Eu Tong Sen Street #01-70 (by the river), Singapore 059817, the number to contact them is 6222 1887.SQUE (pronounced as "skew") bistro has an open concept that allows patrons to enjoy the embrace of the breezes and scenic views of the river. This casual, relaxing setting allows for a lazy day of simply unwinding and casting one's troubles to the winds. The service crew is friendly as well.I was told that they serve a wicked Cosmopolitan, so I ordered a glass of that. No, actually make it two - I had one more after the first glass. This refreshing, sweet drink was a definite thirst quencher and soother, sour hints infused into the sweet cranberry-vodka concoction. We shared a platter of Nachos - thick, crispy corn slices rich with mozarella, sour cream, onion, bacon and chunks of beef salsa. This was a delicacy that went perfectly with our drinks, and strangely filling. The bacon was somewhat crispy as well, and the salsa was delicious and succulent. For more detailed information and photos, do visit:http://thearcticstar.blogspot.sg/2014/03/chillling-out-at-sque-clarke-quay.html continue reading

Today is one of my friend birthday, and I suggested them had a birthday at Sque. (Because i missed their food )Okay, this time I try the pork rib but a bit disappointed me. Compared with the beef rip, the pork rib a bit hard and the taste cant mixed with the sauce, feel a bit weird with the taste. The side dishes still the same, very nice. I think next time i will continue order their beef rib instead of pork rib. The calamari ring is nice, it served with the tata sauce and the surface of calamari is crispy and the calamari is fresh. continue reading

It was my first time at Sque and I was actually only there to have their drinks. Went there with my family and we ended up ordering their dishes for sharing. It was really good. We ordered the roast chicken, the pork belly salad, the steak with fries, the Squel Platter and fish and chip. My favourite is still the roast chicken. It was roasted to perfection and the sauce was just nice. However the nibbles in the Squel Platter and the Pork Belly salad is a must try. Other than that there are really a wide selection of beers and wines in this restaurant. Go during happy hour and there are some selections for 1 for 1. The only drawback is that there aren't many indoor seats. Mostly outdoors and it can get pretty hot. Will definitely go back there again. continue reading
