KOI Cafe was established in 2006 and came to Singapore in 2007. The first outlet in Singapore was in Toa Payoh. Most of the ingredients used in the making of the drinks are imported from Taiwan, in a bid to bring the authentic taste of Taiwanese milk tea to locals. continue reading

I had a large cup of green tea macchiato for $3.50, less ice and 25% sugar level. This drink came with no pearls by default (just as good because the amount of pearls they gave is crazy and I don't really like koi pearls as they can be quite soggy). I really love this drink instead of their usual milk tea where the tea taste can't really be tasted. The green tea taste is distinct, so is the macchiato. 25% sugar level is sweet enough and does not mask the fragrance of the green tea taste. It is also not expensive at $3.50 since the large cup is quite large. continue reading

I ordered the Green Milk Bubble Tea for takeaway. Service : The staff are speedy and tries their best to put out orders to reduce waiting time.Ever since the first introduction of bubble teas in singapore I've been addicted to them and KOI puts out drinks with high quality taste. The bubbles are chewy and the milk with green tea combination is my favourite as it's so refreshing on hot days. continue reading

It is my first time trying Black tea Macchiato. I have always drunk the pearl milk tea from KOI.The way to drink this drink is quite unique, you don’t use a straw to drink but use a small knife-like and slit a small cut above and drink it from there. It tastes quite creamy and for pearl lovers, this drink doesn’t come along with pearls.Overall this drink is not a bad choice, can give it a try. continue reading

As compared to other bubble tea, i love to buy from KOI Usually i would go about ordering a few of my favorite and sometimes venturing to try other flavours This time, i choose to order a big cup of bubble green milk tea For bubble teas, i personally would order it will pearls. And i would prefer milk tea over red or green tea as i find milk tea more fragrant the service there is quite fast and within 3 mins i got my number calling to inform me that it's ready. The tea is indeed fragrant and the pearls are very chewy! I would definitely order this again continue reading

I did not know that koi had just opened a branch at jurong east. Everytime I was craving for my ice cream milk tea, I had to drive all the way to clementi. My girlfriend and I were walking out of jcube when we saw a large crowd outside a stall. We headed to check it out and there it was, koi!I did not hesitate and went to join in the queue. I ordered their ice cream milk tea. Koi's milk tea is very fragrant. They used premium tea leaves to brew their tea making it do aromatic. They added the right amount of milk making it taste very creamy and milky. Moreover the vanilla ice cream melts and gives it a even creamier taste. This drink is very refreshing and the ice cream makes it taste even colder. continue reading
