I have got a dumpling from this stall to have it for the first time. The dumpling was not from the steamer so the texture was a bit hard. I would suggest to re-steam it before eating it. The rice did not have a good consistence as certain part was a bit not so well-cooked. The meat was a bit too lean thus not as flavorful. It has quite a lot of chinese chestnut though.
