Signature Dishes
The stall sells a large range of fresh cut fruits and fruit juices. I like the red dragon fruit offered here ($1 for half a fruit, which is quite cheap, nice and sweet) and the pineapple (the uncle always helps me to choose the most yellow one, since I know that's the sweetest hehe). The stall sells this royal plum juice for $1.50 as well. It's a sweet, refreshing drink with a bit of sourness from the plum. A nice drink for a hot day! My friend had her favorite balonglong (or some call it kedongdong) juice which has preserved sour plum powder added to the drink to balance the tartness of the drink. It creates a nice balance between the sweet/sour/refreshing tartness of the juice. It's at $2.50 for a cup.

The weather was extremely hot and my thirst was not quenched with my first glass of drink and I went to look for a juice. The Balonglong juice stood up on the signboard and I thought I will make a try as I never drank it before. It was $2.50 a glass and I really loved it as I thought it would be sour but it was not at all and on top of it sour plum was added in it to give it a really nice taste.
