I was here to meet a good friend for lunch. We happened to walk past this stall after lunch. I decided to get 2 goreng pisang to have it as snack. They coated the banana with batter and fried very well to give the surface a nice layer of crispiness. It did not taste as oily as expected. The sweetness of the banana complemented the crispy texture to make this a delicious snack. continue reading
