Signature Dishes
I went to the broadway plaza after my exam. I was excited to eat here because it is my first time here. And since there was a student meal so we ordered it. Sous-Vide Chicken Aglio Olio @ $8.90. This was perfect because i love the nice mixture with the spaghetti with the sauce.Salmon Spaghetti Cream Pomodoro @ $8.90. This was really special as i seldom see salmon mix with spaghetti. Each meal set comes with 1 soft drink and a scoop of ice-cream. Overall, it was really wonderful here!!

I have been wanting to try this highly raved fried chicken in olive oil. You could imagine how excited i was when i seated there, ordered and eagerly waiting to eat it for the first time. My first bite was quite a disappointment. The chicken pieces were rather crispy but it tasted bland. No taste. Did they not marinate it first before they deep fried it? Or they purposely seasoned it too lightly to make it a healthier choice? I was disappointed. This is not my kind of fried chicken. The mashed potato was the instant version made from the potato flakes. It was another disappointment. I might try the other items on their menu but i will definitely skip their fried chicken in olive oil and mashed potato.

Even though the restaurant named themself BBQ chicken, but my favourite here is actually their deep fry chicken meat. Using one hunderd percent olive oil to cook all their dishes, you can expect the goodness and healthier content from the food they cooked here. The deep fried chickens are very crispy and filled with the fragrant on their special marinated sauce. The chicken meat is also tender and very juicy too. Only served hot upon your order which is also a positive point about their chickens.
