Again, we bought fried meat ball stick and fried chicken stick when we passed by 'Dong Dae Mun' stall. Oh my godness, we just couldn't resist to buy it. The golden skin with juicy meat inside. They were looked so tasty!! How to choose what to eat? Most of the food selling at 'Dong Dae Mun' are fried one. This is what we finally bought last night. Non-stop eating without any hestitation. The meat ball and chicken more tasty when come together with chilli sauce and mayonaise.End of our day finally. i had the urge for snacking so when I passed by dong dae mun, I decided to buy their chicken cutlet. They have the chicken thigh or chicken breast to choose from and the price vary by 30 cents. I opted for the chicken breast which only cost $3.50. the portion of the meat is really huge. The batter they used to coat around the chicken is very crispy. The meat is tender and juicy despite being deep fried. They also have a lot of condiments for you to eat with your chicken. It was pretty satisfying. continue reading

After a walk at bugis junction, I decided to go for some snacks. Found this korean stall at the basement of bugis junction and decided to try their spicy rice cake. This is actually my first time trying this rice cake as I can hardly find it in singapore. The gravy wise is not too thick nor waterly, has a hot and spicy flavour which is suitable for people who like spicy food. As for the rice cake, it taste quite bland and texture wise is soft and very chewy texture which has similar texture like the pearl that we drink for bubble tea. Portion wise is quite reasonable with around 10 pieces of rice cake given and price at $3 for the normal size and $4 for the larger sizes. continue reading

korean spicy rice cakeAfter much pondering, we decided to settle for the Korean rice cake. It cost us $3 a bowl. The portion was quite small. But,I love it as it is spicy enough to give you the kick. Other than the rice cakes, there were also other ingredients inside which were equally tasty as well. All very delicious and goes well with the rice cake and sauce. The rice cake is very chewy, but it is abit sticky. It stuck in my teeth. continue reading

Bought a stick today, the meat is getting a little smaller in size, but it was still tasty, i like it a little hotter, the BBQ sauce was a little salty. No surprises and no urge of wanting more. Though they put it on a hot pan and heat it a little, but it made almost no difference as it was neither hot nor warm when i bite it. It is selling a stick for $1.00 or 3 sticks for $2.80. Fairly affordable. continue reading
