Wake up late during rest days on weekends, it was very blissful. As a result, I have my brunch with my boyfriend at Food Junction, just a sudden craving of Italian Pasta.Personally, I like its unique shape. Springy noodle texture with a classic Italian tomatoes-based sauce, the chicken was finely minced and mixed well with pasta. The broth was a bit pity, too diluted. I fancy with thicker, more falvourful version for the gravy. Portion wise, it was still considered acceptable. It was $6.90. It was what my boyfriend had, looked colourless plain. If compare, actually I prefer his pasta. Super cheesy creamy broth, it was full of Parmesan fragrance. Plenty of sliced fish added, flesh was obviously fresh. Anyway, I think we would visit it again unless the quality improved. continue reading

Was walking around bugis junction's food court and chanced upon this pasta stall called "Pasta Fusion". The selection of pastas look rather promising and since I am a huge fan of pasta, I decided to try it out. I got the creamy ham pasta (can't remember the exact name) and it was surprisingly better than what I had expected (usually the pastas sold at food courts are bland, diluted and lacked flavour). It reminded me of cream of mushroom soup. Pasta was not under or overcooked. Overall, it is good enough to satisfy one's cravings continue reading

the chicken was overcooked, crispy but dry. Spaghetti was alright, flavorful tomato spread on it. Just wasn't a fan of the burnt/stale/cold garlic bread. Service was slow as it was lunch. Live 'performance' (cooking) of the pasta is very impressive, that is why i choose this stall out of the many from this food court. continue reading

I was shopping at bugis street when I got really hungry and decided to head to the food court at bugis junction for dinner. I ordered my usual, which was in my opinion that best thing sold there, the pasta. I ordered the grilled fish pasta. It was in cream sauce. The fish was tender and fresh. The pasta was very chewy and delicious. The sauce was creamy and smooth. as a whole, the dish was fabulous and satisfying. continue reading

What attracted me to pasta fusion at bugis junction food court was the large fire they used to cooked their pasta. I was really impressed by the fire and that the chef were not afraid to get burnt. I ordered the seafood pasta, it was a little costly, $8.90, but indeed it was value for money. The tomato sauce was of the right acidity and the seafood was fresh, you can even taste the sweetness of the seafood. It was just so good! continue reading
