Couldn't resist the pretty frosting and the free sample when I walked pass this shop.Being fickle minded & not wanting to feel too guilty decide to get myself a mini box home for just $7.90! I'm always walking pass this shop at Nex that is the first unit at the exit to the NEL MRT station. The cream puffs looks good but I find it too big size and pricey to eat as dessert/snack. Then, last Friday I saw these small boxes containing mini puffs in assorted flavors retailing at $7.90 only for 9pcs, so I bought one box home to try.The 9 flavors were all pre-packed and customers are limited to choose from the already packed flavors. There are quite a variety to choose from. I chose this cos it looks like there isn't any cheesy flavors that I don't eat.I could smell the fragrance of the puffs even before opening the box..it turns out that there is one Cheddar cheese flavor puff which I gave to hubby.There are two types of cream filling inside the assorted puffs, vanilla & chocolate cream.My fave flavors are the Peanut butter, Double chocolate crunch, Strawberry & Lemon cream puffs. The puffs were slightly chewy on the exterior and very soft and fluffy inside, very nice. The cream filling weren't too sweet, just right for me. Today, I was craving for some Chewy Juniors again!I guess I was addicted to the delicious puffs since they were so yummy!So it was very sweet of my boyfriend to travel so far away to get me this!Oreo Crunch!!!He knew that I love Oreo cookies because I always finish the Oreos he has at home!This puff was topped with lots of Oreo crumbs,it was quite sad that when this puff reached me, a lot of crumbs have fell and dropped into the box It was still yummy though!The topping was very fragrant, and the bun was extremely chewy and soft!The inner chocolate cream filling was sooo much that it leaked! Each puff costs approximately $1.60.Love the cream puffs from Chewy Junior!!Great service too. Will buy more whenever I passby Nex
