Signature Dishes
Went down to find my father to pass him some document so his treat the food next door from the master chef. Have the fish set which is soft and tender, fresh and yummy, the egg with prawn set which is great and nice,y presented. The rice is also well-cook and see the greedy expression of my sis who ate my share of rice although she already had the laksa from dad. It simply taste nice and would be great to have more, I find the service very friendly and approachable. They simply allow the replacement of the vegetable to other when knowing my preference, really appreciate this. The environment is clean and clean the place fast , cooling to enjoy food. The price is reasonable.

i ordered this chicken and mushroom ramen soup dish from this stall. The ramen was really good, the texture was just right and the noodles were not overcooked, it was pretty chewy too. the chicken was deep fried, they added a sweetish sauce on the chicken. The ramen soup was really tasty, had this sweetish taste, but I felt that the soup did not go well with the chicken’s sauce. Maybe if the ramen was dry, I think the sauce will make a good gravy. the mushroom they gave it really large and juicy and the vegetables they served is kai lan and the kai lan is cooked well, very crunchy.

i was walking around the basement food court at anchorpoint, I decided to settle for masterchef as there was a large crowd of people waiting for their food. I ordered their fried chicken with mushroom noodles. The noodles they used is the la mian. The guy took pretty long to cook my dish as people who came after me and ordered rice got their food much quicker than I did. Nevertheless the wait was worth it. I was pretty much satisfied with the food. There was a special sweetish sourish sauce topped on my fried chicken. The sauce actually made the entire dish taste nicer. The chicken was fried till very crispy. The batter coating it was very fragrant. As a whole, it was very appetizing and delicious.

They sell several types of herbal soups here,from yin to yang,heaty to cooling,sweet to pepperish.I love the ginko nuts with triple(pig's stomach) soup here.The triples and fresh ginko nuts are boiled to softness and the soup is rich in thickness of triples,wolfberries and ginko nuts as only fresh ginko nuts give such a fragrant flavour and not canned ginko nuts.The soup is also thick and rich in white ground peppers but it's not too spicy or overwhelming.White rice here is also moist,tasty and fragrant.
