Was having my lunch at this foodcourt at HDB hub. As usual, it was very crowded and packed during lunch hour. It was even more crowded recently due to the extremely hot weather. Everyone hope to dine in an air-conditioned food court.Has ordered a chicken don from this Japanese cuisine stall as the queue was shorter than other stalls. I love prawns, especially fried prawns, so I ordered the Ebi Curry Set as it was also selling at a promotional price of $5, a $1 discount off the usual price. Takeaway costs 20 cents more. The stall owner was considerate to pack the fried ebi separately from the curry rice. Therefore when I take a bite of the ebi, it was still crispy. The curry carrots, onions and potatoes were soft and went really well with the rice. The meal would be perfect if there was some dessert to go with it. continue reading

I have tried one of their more basic types whereby there is no meat served. The pot of udon may looked quite simple at first sight but it was simply delicious and yummy as the soup base was very milky and light, making it very tempting to drink it all down. The udon itself was very good too, it had a chewy but soft texture. continue reading
