I was just come to know about this stall, thanks for my roommate’s recommendation. No need went to luxury restaurant but an ordinary stall at Koufu, I found truly outstanding Kimchi Soup.Tasty yet not too spicy, it was fulfilling. Assorted ingredients added better flavours to the Kimchi Soup. Served on a claypot, it was savory and I like to have it with plain rice. What a satisfying meal. Relatively affordable price at foodcourt, it was only $5.50 per set. The food here was generally good, addictive enough to make me return on a regular basis.

This stall sells mainly hotplate menus like chicken,beef,saba fish,cuttlefish etc..served in hotplate but i have the gingseng chicken soup as korean ginseng chicken soup is supposed to be very fragrant.As expected,it did not disappoint me.The chicken drumstick is big and tender and juicy and there is a big piece of ginseng and other herbs in the soup.I ate the equally tender and soft piece of ginseng and besides drinking up the whole bowl of soup,i also finished the bowl of white rice ,kimuchi and ikan billis which are a prefect combination.
