Jollibean sells soya bean milk, different variations of it like ginger, almond, matcha red beans, etc, and also pancakes. I wanted a healthy drink so I got myself a cup of warm soya bean milk from Jollibean. It's quite a large cup, and not too sweet. The soya bean was also quite thick and not diluted. However, I still prefer the soya bean drink from Mr.Bean, especially the papaya soya bean. continue reading

Jollibean offers two types of peanut pancakes. The crispy ones and the fluffy pancake like ones. I much prefer the latter. Priced at $1.20 for one pancake and $3.30 for 3 pancakes the pancakes are very affordable. The pancakes are really good as a teatime snack or as breakfast, and because the filling is more like a peanut paste than peanut powder, it makes the pancake alot less messy to eat. The peanut paste really goes well with the thick fluffy pancake especially when made fresh! continue reading

the only place which sells green tea pancake is jollibean. wish mr bean would sell it too. the pancake here is too dry and tough. have to chew hard. the pancake is cold - almost like being in the fridge. it is also covered in cling wrap like it is leftover from yesterday! the green tea filling is very very sweet and cloying. luckily the pastry is very bland so the very sweet filling makes up for it. about $1 continue reading

There are three types of pancakes at Jollibean. There is the triangular thick ones, round ones and the very thin ones. I will always get the triangular ones if I want the red bean and peanut flavours. It is not worth while to get the round shape ones for these two flavours since the round pancakes are smaller. The triangular peanut pancake costs $1 each and $2.80 for three. The peanuts here are sticky and are not those grounded scattered ones so this helps to ensure the peanuts stay on the pancake instead of slipping into the box. It is rather sweet as well so those with a sweet tooth will like it. Even though I don't really have a very sweet tooth, but I enjoyed the crunchy peanuts and it is a satisfying tea snack. continue reading

The fruity flavours soya drinks are my favourite in Jollibean, especially the papaya soya milk. For just $2, you can purchase a cup of it. The soya milk is well blended with ice and papaya fruit slices. The combination goes well and it’s welcoming on the taste buds. A great drink to quench your thirst. continue reading
