Signature Dishes
this tu tu is supposed to be very good as it's got a long history. i didn't find it particularly good. the pastry was alright, and the pandan leaf made it very fragrant as it was a big, fresh leaf. however, the coconut filling was very dry - so dry that i was choking. also, the tu tu itself was pretty flat, so it wasn't very generously sized. it's also more expensive than other places. but it's not the worst. it's pretty average. i don't like tu tus which crack as all the fillings will fall out. the ones here cracked a bit, but survived most of the takeaway trip.

Lau Tan's Tutu Delights! Have always loved tutu kuehs since I was a kid! Love how the fragrance of the coconut and pandan leaf are so strongly present in this tiny piece of kueh. It is also best eaten on the spot after you buy, best eaten when its hot. The kueh is soft and very addictive! Yums!
