Appreciated Vietnam Cuisine after traveling there, I came to know Viet Lang from mouth of a close friend. Located near Victoria Theatre, it was well-known as one of the oldest government buildings. Perhaps no much people familiar about, it was actually offered authentic Vietnamese dishes at sensible price. The décor was really classy and lavish, from the picture can seen. Charming surrounding enhanced the dining experience, indeed. At our arrival, the restaurant was quite empty yet quiet atmosphere still attractive too. With chicken and shrimp wrapped inside, the dish presented simple but filling. The skin of summer roll was famous localized specialty in Vietnam, it was actually tasted similar to Popiah in Singapore. Because of the huge lettuce amount, the overall was crunchy and refreshing. Moving to the unique culinary, it was rather delicious. Fatty juicy prawns was dipping inside the savoury coconut broth, such perfectly creation. Served along with homely Jasmine Rice, the portion was satisfying. Just taking a short hop from City Hall MRT, I most probably will come back again. continue reading
