My first time trying this dessert stall, the usual price for this is 4 for $1.50 however, the boss offered me at 7 for $2 as they are closing their stall soon. So I took their offer! But regretted! The glutinous balls were all very hard to chew on and tasted very floury. The texture is too thick. Worst of all, it was served cold! The peanut inside was so little. The dessert stall in SP (Singapore Polytechnic) Food Court 4 is also selling fresh fruit juice. At an affordable pricing of S$1.50, watermelon juice was being contained in a disposable cup with polka dots. The drink's sweetness was unusual, not the natural sweetness we have always tasted. Thumbs down to the drink as it was filled with half cup of ice cubes, without having the sweetness diluted, I felt so short-changed without tasting the original sweetness. Should have requested for non sugar added. No queues were seen, most probably due to school holidays. The food court is quite empty without the chattering sound from the students. continue reading
