This isn't my first time eating this Kuay Chap over here but alot of time! This shop operates from 8:30pm till 4:00am therefore if people wants to have supper, they may be able to consider this place. It is at a kopitam diagonally oppostie the Salvation Army area (Blk 284)We ordered for 1 bowl or rice and 1 bowl of noodles and one plate of ingredients (good for two to share). It consists of tau pok, toufu, large intestines and egg, vegs... Overally it is tasty and their service was fast too! Will try them again continue reading

This store opens from 830pm to 4am in the morning. They wont serve you until 8.30pm. There is always a long queue in this store. But its worth the wait. We always order small intestine, Fen Chang, Pork Belly, Egg, Tau Poh. This is the kuay chap. If you're going to eat in the shop, expect to have a small serving of Kuay Chap. However, if you go buy and take away, it will be surpisingly a lot of serving, with the reason of I dont know why. Overall, it is nice and cheap. After drinking, it also nice to eat as well. Worth the wait and worth the money! continue reading

Used to work near this area, went back to dine the kuay chap. kuay chap cooked in dark soy sauce, served with pig skin and innards, braised duck meat, beancurd, preserved salted vegetables, and braised hard-boiled eggs. It is a place suitable for people who love to go for midnight suppers! The sauces are not too salty, and yet a tasty chew. The intestines are smooth and not those too hard to bite. Overall, quite worth it to try it out if you're at that area. continue reading

Pork lovers (especially those who love pig's intestine) simply cannot miss this kuay chap stall! Night life peeps would be happy to hear that this is opened from 830pm - 4am! Love the tangy feeling of the intestines and I find that they are very generous with their ingredients portion. Note: The kuay portion is little (Charged at 40cents a bowl), so even I had to have two bowls of kuay. But ingredients wise - fresh, well cooked and is less salty. For a detailed review, visit http://evettegoh.blogspot.sg/2013/06/blk-248-bishan-kopitiam-kuay-chap.html continue reading
