For the price of $3.50 per bowl, I get to choose six yong tau foo items with rice noodles. Consider quite affordable as the portion is generous too. Especially enjoy the big soya beans added in the soup which make it more tasty and filling. Like their bean curds a lot as they are very soft and fresh. Green cabbages are very crunchy and fresh as well. Service by the uncle here is friendly and fast. Dining environment is clean and cooling too. continue reading

Have passed by this eatery in Dhoby xchange and decided to grab a bowl of their curry chicken noodles before heading back home. The malay lady at the counter was quite friendly but was really slow when preparing the food. Fortunately I still manage to get a seat here as not much seats are available here. The portion was quite little and the appearance does not really look that attractive. Noodles were chewy but the curry gravy was really diluted and the curry flavour was rather mild. Beancurds are quite tough and difficult to chewy. Worst is I cannot really find much chicken meats in this bowl of noodles. What a disappointment. continue reading
