The sushi rice is wrap with a piece of seaweed which is paper thin & crsipy dry. The size is slightly bigger than the normal sushi, one or two pieces enough to fill up your stomach. I always get these for my lunch. The outlet is located inside NTUC FAIRPRICE white Sand Pasir Ris.

Signature Dishes
The unagi sushi is tender. The egg roll sushi is abit too sweet for my liking, I guess they added quite abit of sugar inside....The scallop sushis are very fresh and succulent. The rice they use for these sushis is not very soft, unlike another outlet, but I like that the vinegar taste is not too strong. A pleasant food experience, with very fast efficient staff service.
