即劏鮮味田雞生滾粥

多年前曾到訪過牛車水，那時史密斯街的排檔只是在街道一旁的小販檔，亦不太大規模，這回再來已是翻天覆地的改頭換面了，除整條街都成為食街之外，外觀也變得很型格。而在眾多檔子中，找來「獅城芽蕯九巷活田雞」，皆因獲得了「民選第2美食大獎」，亦有不少獎狀，自有其過人之處。檔口子只賣田雞生滾粥一道菜式，然而，田雞都是即點即劏，保證新鮮，亦看到檔主新鮮即製生滾粥，真正新鮮滾熱辣。整體味道的確鮮甜，田雞也很嫩滑，粥底也很綿，不過，只是有點糊，否則，就完美了。 continue reading
