The Thai buffet spread which is only available from now 'til 31 March
Aquamarine, Marina Mandarin’s Halal-certified buffet restaurant, gives Thai food lovers one reason to celebrate this March. Just for this whole month, you can feast on authentic Thai cuisine specially prepared by Guest Chef Jareuk Sriaroon and his culinary team.
Dig in to their feast of appetisers
To start you off on your Thai dining experience, why don’t you try his appetisers? He has whipped up three delectable dishes for you to choose from. For something fresh but with a hint of spice, opt for his Yam Pla Grapong Sa Min Pri (Spicy Thai Herb Salad with Sea Bass). If that’s not enough for your taste buds, there’s also the Po Pia Goong (Prawn Spring Rolls) and the Kao Tang Na Tang (Crispy Rice Crackers with Chicken Dip).
Have some of their signature Pad Thai and Tom Yum Goong
Appetisers are meant to tickle your palate and prepare you for what lie ahead—the mains. For this promotion, you not only have 1 but 3 sumptuous dishes to choose from. There’s the Tom Yum Goong (Spicy and Sour Prawn Soup with Galangan and Lemongrass) and Poo Phad Pong Kari (Yellow Curry Crab). These 2 dishes can best represent Thailand because of their love for spicy food. Not everyone has the tastebuds for spicy dishes, so Chef Jareuk also prepared his signature Pad Thai (Stir-Fried Rice Noodles with Prawns and Tamarind Sauce). After feasting on these, are you now ready for the perfect ending? Just by looking at their dessert spread, your mouth may just water with all their sumptuous and colourful offerings such as the Khao Newo Mamuang (Sticky Rice with Mango). A signature Thai dessert, this is a must-try for it’s the perfect combination of sweet, sticky, and yummy! Should you wish to try more of this country’s offerings, they also have the Kuk Tong Sang Kah Ya (Steamed Pumpkin Custard) and their Selection of Thai Kuehs. With all these Thai specialties that you can savour at Aquamarine, you don’t need to fly all the way to Thailand to have some of their offerings. They’re just right here at Marina Mandarin’s buffet restaurant. -- Address: Level 4 Marina Mandarin Singapore, 6 Raffles Boulevard, Marina Square, Singapore 039594 Tel.
