You won’t be able to stop at one once you start on this dish
Fried Pork Ribs with Pineapple ($16++) is one classic dish that’s done superbly well at Peony Jade. The meat is crunchy while the sweet, slightly tangy sauce accentuates the overall flavour of the dish.
You’ve never really had beef until you’ve tried this
Another dish that deserves your attention is the Beef Tendon Noodle Soup with Spices ($10++). The beef is ever so tender and is as soft as silk. Slurp up the goodness with fresh noodles and the tasty soup base – infused with various spices and cooked over eight hours to make those taste buds tingle with delight!
Does this dish bring back memories of a time long ago?
Last but not least, get a dose of meaty heaven with the Braised Pork Belly with Preserved Vegetables ($16++).
