Boathouse Celebrates First Anniversary with Special Menus

Boathouse is a modern French fine-dining restaurant that offers the best dishes under this cuisine. And for their first anniversary, they have added more dishes to their list of affordable menus. Just recently, they have introduced their three-course business set lunch. At only $32++, you can get to enjoy a starter of Artichoke Poivrade en Salad marinated with heirloom tomates and followed by the Roasted Atlantic Sea Bass. It ends with a delightful Amalfi Lemon Custard with Berries confit and Vanilla Ice Cream. If you’re planning to come here for dinner, then you’re in luck for they have two menus specially made for you. The four-course, which costs $68++, offers exquisite dishes such as the Norweigian Scallops with saucisson in saffron emulsion, and the Lobster Ravioli with compression of celery in clear lobster consommé.
Want to go the extra mile? Then, try ordering their eight-course Menu Gourmand ($128++). It features innovative chef creations such as the salt-cured Petruna Ocean Trout with rouille sauce, tender Australian Full-bloof Wagyu cap of ribeye with sauce Aigre Douce, Maine Lobster, etc. Dishes can be ordered a la carte if ever diners think an 8-course dinner is too much for them to finish. It doesn’t stop there for Boathouse has also introduced their six-course Dessert Degustation Menu Patisserie ($75++). Indulge the sweet tooth in you with Roasted Philipnon Melon with berries compression, citrus fruits and lemon grass sabayon, and Almalfi Lemon Parfait with glazed financier, clear jelly and lemonmellows. For a more luxurious dining experience, why don’t you try their Deluxe Bouillabaisse, with a combined essence of more than 10 fishes. Served best with family and friends, this special dish is worth $180 for three to four persons.
