Cooking 101: Smoked Duck Breast Salad

Healthy eating is the popular thing nowadays. Re!Fill Restaurant's Chef William Ang knows this so he has created this salad which is nutritious and tasty. How? He mixed the smoked duck breast with the healthy greens. Find out how to prepare this healthy dish at home. Serves 1 Ingredients: 1 smoked duck breast 1 whole Romaine lettuce Roasted almond Flakes Sesame dressing Cherry Tomatoes Lemon Juice Bacon Bits Crouton Shredded seaweed Mixed salad Steps:
1.Heat pan and olive oil. When it is hot, sear the duck for about five minutes. While searing, constantly turn it on both sides to avoid the duck from getting burned. Once it is done, put in a plate and set aside.
2.In a chopping board, slice the romaine lettuce into medium-sized pieces. Put in a plate and add the mixed salad.
3.Slice the smoked duck breast and add in the salad.
4.Top the roasted almonds, bacon bits, croutons, and the sliced cherry tomatoes.
5.Drizzle with the sesame dressing, lemon juice, and serve.
