Fresh seafood catch of the day
For a very reasonable price, you can do that at Plaza Brasserie. From now until 31 May 2013, the restaurant is having its Seafood Fiesta promotion which makes all these favourites available for dinner!
There are quite a lot of offerings so we help you out by listing down some recommendations. You can warm up your stomach first and head over to the Appetiser Section. Here you can find the Oyster Shooter, Fresh Prawns on Sesame Toast, Tangy Crabmeat Cake with Coriander Leaves, Spicy Squid Salad, Deep-Fried Crab Claws, Gratinated Half Shell Scallops with Fresh Herbs and Tangy Crabmeat with Coriander Leaves and Baked Whole Salmon.

Over at the seafood section, you can relish on Black Mussels Tiger Prawns, Australian Queen Scallops, Fresh Oysters, as well as Flower Crabs! Feast on this together with some crab dishes which include Stir-Fried Egg Yolk, Stir-fried Crab with Black Pepper Sauce, and Stir-fried Chilli Crab.
You can have your fish prepared in Hong Kong or Thai cooking style
If you drop by from Monday to Thursday, you can even have Executive Chef Jackson Goh prepare you something grander. With the Red Garoupa or Sea Bass fish, you can have it in Hong Kong or Thai style. At the Chef’s live cooking station, you can also have them cook prawns, stingray, sotong, and salmon (only available from Fridays to Sundays). Sounds good? There are many more to come!
Don’t believe us? Then check out the hot varieties section where you can savour the Deep Fried Prawns with Garlic and XO sauce, Crispy Soft Shell Crab, and Braised Sea Cucumber with Roast Pork, Stir Fried Sotong with Sambal.
For our recommendation, you should really leave some space for the Crispy Soft Shell Crab. This is one of the few items the restaurant has which is available all throughout out the year so this only means that it’s really good.
If you think you’re having too much seafood already, you can take a break and have some of the Stir-fried Beef in Pepper, Fried Chicken in Sesame Honey Sauce, and Stir-fried Vegetables with Mushrooms.
To cap off your dining experience at Plaza Brasserie, do check out its dessert section for a wide array of treats—Yam Paste with Gingko Nuts, Red Bean Paste, Cheng Tng, Chocolate and Cheese Cakes, Fruit Tartlets, and Assorted Mini French Pastries.
