From now till this Sunday, 15 July 2012, you can indulge in a gastronomic sea voyage high up in the clouds at Singapore’s iconic hilltop destination. This incredibly fresh feast has been put together in honour of the seafood-themed Singapore Food Festival (SFF), marking the first time for Sapphire at The Jewel Box to be one of the featured restaurants along Sentosa Harbourfront for the SFF.

Expect a mouth-watering menu of scrumptious seafood dishes, fresh from the waters of Singapore as well as the Asia Pacific region. With the promise of pleasing those taste buds, The Jewel Box Seafood Bake will offer a range of international seafood favourites, from New England Clam Chowder and Seafood Jambalaya to succulent oysters, crabs and prawns.
Seafood fans must not miss the live seafood selection – specially prepared with sweet seaweed
The must-try highlight? Sapphire’s live seafood selection, which consists of exquisite delights such as swimmer crabs, blue mussels and scallops (an item not listed on the menu, but definitely not to be missed!) steamed and cooked in seaweed. This unique method of preparation brings out the sweetness of the seafood, which is complemented with smoky flavours from the grill.
