Here's the view that you will get when you dine at Moonstone
Located on the 2nd level of The Jewel Box at Mt. Faber, this al fresco Japanese yakitori and bar offers you over a hundred “sake” or rice wines which come from prefectures in Niigita, Akita, Fukushima, and Tokyo. These are all worth a try for each sake brings its own unique taste for to cater to each and everyone’s preferences.

What sake wouldn't go well with these snacks!
For first timers, we recommend that you try their cold sake before you try the stronger ones. It may be too strong on first sip, but it gets smoother and better as you go along. By the time you realise it, you have already finished the whole bottle. Get to enjoy these drinks with friends at their al fresco bar furnished with a luxurious patio and wooden floorings, swaying palms, and a space of living flora and fauna. Make sure that you reserve the best seats so you drink in the view of the urban landscape, vast sea, and the moving cable cars.

Chashu Udon and Kinoko Shake Yakitori
Sake won’t be complete without snacks! At Moonstone, you just have to try their appetisers and yakitori. Need us to be more specific? Well, there’s the Kama Shio (grilled fish cheek) at $18, Chashu Udon (pork belly udon noodle) at $9 only.
Other recommendations on our list are the Animoko Tofu (monk fish liver tofu) at $8.80, Aigamo Tataki (smoked duck in sweet sauce topped with bean sprouts) at $12, and the grilled yakitori which sells for as low as $3 per stick. Isn’t that such a bargain?

Here are some guests chillin' with friends at Moonstone
When you dine at Moonstone, you don’t just go there for the food but for the overall experience it offers. Since this is secluded on a hilltop, you get the chance to take a break from the city’s hustle and bustle. So, chill out in peace and enjoy some sake and Japanese dishes with colleagues and friends.
