Who would’ve thought that steaks and seafood would go well together? Apparently, it’s Morton’s Steakhouse. From now till 30 September 2011, they have the Steak and Seafood Menu especially prepared for meat and seafood lovers.
Though it was originally planned to end in June, the restaurant decided to extend it for a few more months due to its popularity among its customers. In this menu, the chef serves their signature Single Cut Filet Mignon with their seafood specials such as the Prime Ocean Platter, which you can order chilled or baked.
To start you off on your first course, you can choose from their Caesar Salad with Classic Dressing or the Morton’s Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing, Chopped Egg, and Anchovies.
Pretty sure, this dish is just enough to whet your appetite. Now, it’s time for the main course: the Single Cut Filet Mignon served with Bearnaise sauce. To complement the dish, you can choose from their Broiled Sea Scallops wrapped in Bacon with Apricot Chutney, Colossal Shrimp Alexander with Beurre Blanc Sauce or Jumbo Lump Crab Cake with Mustard Mayonnaise Sauce.
The menu also comes with their signature potato or vegetable side dish which you can share with your friends. Morton's Steakhouse also has an array of desserts to choose from, but it's a separate order. Cocktails and a wide selection of wines are also available for your consumption.
