The spread includes Coffee Mango Jam ($8/ bottle), which pairs wickedly well with the Coffee Walnut Scone ($4). And if layers of moist coffee sponge and smooth coffee mousse sound perfect, you’ll need to try a slice of their Coffee Addiction Cake ($6.90). Apart from the sweet treats, coffee takes a savoury number hostage here with the Honey Chicken & Coffee Pie ($9.90). Chicken chunks are coated with a chosen coffee blend before they are fried and tossed in a savoury stew, then baked to perfection in their signature buttery pie crust. And the star ingredient behind all that caffeine jazz is Toby’s Estate’s Woolloomooloo blend, giving each creation that smooth and rich body backed with subtle spiced up kicks.
