Step inside The Rotisserie's spacious interior
They say first impressions last. Well, The Rotisserie surely made an impression on me as soon as I stepped inside the bright and spacious eatery located in the heart of the CBD area. It has a seating capacity of 120 (60 inside and 60 outside), but you wouldn’t feel so crammed inside due to its glass walls and the strategically placed mirrors. Because of this, it struck me as a dining place where one could hang out with friends while enjoying a hearty meal.
Roasted chicken with side dishes and Italian Panini
Because of its name, it’s expected that they have chicken on the menu. Yes, they do serve fresh-off-the-spit chicken which I must say is just excellent and the flavour just goes right down to the bone! Before it’s roasted, it is marinated for 12 hours and then coated with a special seasoning. Once you order it, you can choose chips or two side dishes to go with it. My personal favourites are their corn and mashed potato for they just go really well with chicken. But if you’re craving for other options, they also have other hot and cold sides to suit your appetite.
Aside from chicken, there are also other dishes worth mentioning. I definitely enjoyed their BBQ Ribs as the taste was the perfect balance of sweet and sour. It was also juicy unlike some ribs which are dry and tasteless. The meat was also very soft and wasn’t hard to remove from the bone. They also have the fish and chips, but for me, there was nothing special about it. You can pair it up with two side dishes. For something healthier, opt for their fresh salads. What is interesting about this eatery is that they change their salads every week so that customers will always have something new to try out.

Due to its location, The Rotisserie can get quite packed on weekdays especially during lunch time. But this eatery is definitely worth a visit just for their relaxing ambience and yummy dishes.
