Singapore's Real Food Heroes | OpenRice Singapore

When it comes to hawker food, Singapore still knows best. In the recently concluded Hawker Heroes, Michelin-starred Chef Gordon Ramsay battled it out with three hawker heroes -- Tian Tian Chicken Rice, 328 Katong Laksa, and Jumbo Seafood, best known for chicken rice, laksa and chilli crab respectively. In the cook off held at Newton, Chef Ramsay won for his Chilli Crab dish, while the hawker heroes bested him in local favourites Chicken Rice and Laksa.
