For $228++ per person, guests can enjoy an impressive feast which begins with the Refreshing Tiger Prawns and Avocado Salad. This light appetiser has that tangy flavour which kick starts your taste buds for the other scrumptious dishes ahead. These are the Organic Mushroom Consommé, Duo of Hokkaido Scallop on Truffle Risotto and Truffle Scallop Custard.
