5. Watermelon
More men suffer from high blood pressure than women. Studies have found out that foods that are rich in potassium can help lower the risk of acquiring this illness. Compared to most sources of this mineral such as banana and orange juice, watermelon has a higher content. Just one slice of this juicy fruit gives you 664 mg already.
6. Bananas
Bananas are rich in potassium, which gives you energy throughout the day. Like watermelon, it can help reduce high blood pressure on men, especially when they reach the age of 55 and above.
7. Eggs

It also contains manganese which is responsible for producing energy from carbohydrates and protein. This is the perfect food staple for men who are working out.
9. Garlic
Forget about its bitter taste afterwards. Eating raw garlic can be good for you as it reduces the risk of stroke, a number one killer among men. The reason for this is that it promotes a healthy heart and improves blood circulation. It also serves as anti oxidant which can also promote a healthier you.
10. Spinach
Ever wondered why Popeye becomes really strong when he eats this leafy vegetable. It’s because it’s packed with all the nutrients every person needs such as Iron, Calcium, Vitamin A, Magnesium, and many more. It can also act as an anti-oxidant which promotes healthier body among men.
