Not much difference between the pepper lunch stand alone store and the pepper lunch express. The biggest difference is probably the ambience. In this outlet, it is at Takashimaya food court. Crowded with people at all times, it is not a very good place if you would like to eat and hang out chit chat with your friends. You might just want to finish your food and go because it is simply too crowded and can get a little noisy during peak hours. Clean? It's only alright. I have seen cleaners merely

Crowded with people at all times, it is not a very good place if you would like to eat and hang out chit chat with your friends. You might just want to finish your food and go because it is simply too crowded and can get a little noisy during peak hours.
Clean? It's only alright. I have seen cleaners merely wiped the trays and sometimes plates before stacking them up straight away. No washing is done.
So this is a place to just satisfy your hunger.
But quality wise, it is not compromised.
