Never dine in a restaurant when there's no1 else

I was rather hesitant to dine at Breeks Cafe at Marina Square as firstly, I have never dine at Breeks before and secondly, it was dinnertime and there was nobody else inside the restaurant besides the staff. However, as there was a promotional 1 for 1 offer for main courses and my bf and I were already standing outside, we just went in. I decided to try this dory fish with spaghetti and I was really disappointed before I tasted the food. Just from the picture, the food already looked unappealing

I decided to try this dory fish with spaghetti and I was really disappointed before I tasted the food. Just from the picture, the food already looked unappealing. The dory fish seemed to be loaded with so much pepper and the spaghetti was served cold. Needless to say, I have never stepped into Breeks again
