The auntie always give lots of salted vegetables for the pig organ soup. There's also pork meat ball, tofu, pig liver, pig stomach and slice pork inside the mixed pig organ soup. The yam rice is fragrant and sometime if you are lucky will have few piece if yam inside..(but most of the time no). The yam rice is always run out of stock if you are late. You might ask the auntie to add some gravy from their braised meat.
