Beef noodles is a typical favorite among many Singaporeans and I am no exception! One afternoon, I made my way down to Chinatown Complex Market, located at Smith Street. There was a crowd queuing at this stall selling fried wok items like fried rice, noodles and hor fun! I decided to order my favorite beef hor fun actually but they were already sold out. The stall owner then suggested I tried their beef eeee-mian instead, which tasted just as great! The hot steaming plate of noodles came with tender beef slices. It was a simple fare but the gravy together with the noodles and the beef- just nice, made the meal a satisfying one! Yumzzzzz!
