Looking for Breakfast at Albert Street? Albert Street food centre has lots of very nice delicious food and this Thong Kay Delight has always been at the top of my list. It is pretty hard to find yummy home-made yam cake, carrot cake and glutinous rice nowadays as the older generations of food owners retired. This stall is run by a couple in their 40s and their food is really food. I ordered yam cake, chee cheong fun and glutinous rice for $2.30. I added some sweet sauce which is not too sweet. T

This stall is run by a couple in their 40s and their food is really food. I ordered yam cake, chee cheong fun and glutinous rice for $2.30. I added some sweet sauce which is not too sweet. The glutinious rice is the best of the lot as it is slightly salty and has a very nice frangrance. I would have gone for second serving if not for the long queue which had built up after my order. Excellent choice for breakfast!
